Cornerstone Builders is seeking a Project Manager to lead healthcare construction projects throughout the Southeast region.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of healthcare facility construction ($20M-$50M)
- Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules
- Negotiate and manage subcontracts
- Lead owner meetings and progress reporting
- Coordinate with architects and engineers on design issues
Requirements:
- 7+ years of commercial construction PM experience
- Healthcare or institutional project experience preferred
- PMP or CCM certification a plus
- Strong financial management skills
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project
