The agreement that governs how employers and job seekers use the SiteLeadJobs platform.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using SiteLeadJobs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Employer accounts

Employers who create an account on SiteLeadJobs agree to:

  • Provide accurate company name and contact information
  • Maintain the security of their login credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to their account

One account per company is recommended. We reserve the right to merge or close duplicate accounts.

3. Job postings

  • All job postings must represent genuine employment opportunities
  • Postings must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Each posting is active for 30 days unless manually closed
  • We reserve the right to remove any posting that violates our policies without refund

4. Fair hiring and anti-discrimination

Employers posting on SiteLeadJobs are independent employers and are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable equal-employment and fair-hiring laws, including without limitation:

  • Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964
  • Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA)
  • Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
  • Equal Pay Act
  • Applicable state, local, and tribal fair-hiring and pay-transparency statutes
  • GDPR / UK-GDPR and CCPA/CPRA insofar as they apply to personal data received through the platform

By posting a job, the employer affirms that the posting does not discriminate against any protected class, and that the employer will evaluate applicants on the basis of qualifications alone. SiteLeadJobs may remove any posting that on its face appears to violate this section, without refund.

5. Candidate accounts and applications

Candidates (job seekers) may create an account to save jobs, set alerts, and submit applications. By creating a candidate account or submitting an application, you represent that:

  • All information you provide is true and your own
  • You are legally authorized to work in the applicable jurisdiction
  • You consent to the receiving employer processing your application data for the sole purpose of evaluating your candidacy

Candidates may delete their account at any time via Profile → Delete my account. Applications you have submitted will be retained in anonymized form (no identifying information) so employers retain a business-record that a submission occurred.

6. Payment terms and refunds

  • All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
  • Job postings are sold as digital services delivered immediately. Purchases are non-refundable except in cases of (a) duplicate charges, (b) verified technical errors on our part that prevented the posting from being delivered, or (c) at SiteLeadJobs' sole discretion in extraordinary circumstances.
  • Posting credits (if purchased) expire 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Annual plans auto-renew at the then-current rate unless cancelled before the renewal date.

7. Prohibited content

The following types of postings and content are strictly prohibited:

  • Illegal or fraudulent job postings
  • Discriminatory content based on protected characteristics
  • Misrepresentation of job details, compensation, or company information
  • Multi-level marketing (MLM), franchise, or commission-only schemes
  • Offensive, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate content

8. Intellectual property

  • SiteLeadJobs owns all rights to the platform, branding, and original content we create
  • Employers retain full ownership of the content in their job postings
  • By posting a job, you grant SiteLeadJobs a non-exclusive license to display that content on the platform and in our newsletter
  • Users may not scrape, copy, redistribute, or resell site content without prior written permission

9. Limitation of liability

SiteLeadJobs is a job board platform and is not a party to any employment relationship. We are not responsible for:

  • Hiring outcomes or decisions made by employers or candidates
  • The accuracy or completeness of applicant-provided information
  • Disputes between employers and job candidates

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, with or without prior notice
  • Users may delete their account at any time via Account Settings
  • All active job postings will be closed upon account deletion
  • Unused credits are forfeited upon termination for violations; credits may be refunded at our discretion for voluntary account closure

11. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Douglas County, Nebraska. By using SiteLeadJobs, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
