Pinnacle Construction Group is seeking a Senior Superintendent to oversee K-12 school construction projects in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all field operations for ground-up school construction ($30M-$60M)
- Coordinate with owners, architects, and subcontractors
- Maintain project schedules and quality standards
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols on all job sites
- Mentor assistant superintendents and field engineers
Requirements:
- 10+ years of commercial construction experience
- 5+ years as a superintendent on education/institutional projects
- OSHA 30-Hour certification
- Proficiency with Procore and scheduling software
- Strong communication and leadership skills
