Apex Industrial Solutions is building a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Columbus, OH and needs an experienced Superintendent.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all field operations for a 500,000 SF manufacturing build
- Coordinate structural steel, concrete, MEP, and process equipment
- Maintain aggressive schedule with owner milestone dates
- Ensure quality standards for food-grade manufacturing
Requirements:
- 10+ years in industrial construction
- Manufacturing or cleanroom facility experience preferred
- OSHA 30 certification required
- Experience with design-build delivery
- CQM certification preferred
