Vanguard Power Construction is hiring a Project Manager for utility-scale renewable energy projects across the Western United States.
Responsibilities:
- Manage solar and battery storage projects ($50M-$150M)
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and subcontractor management
- Interface with utilities, landowners, and regulatory agencies
- Travel to project sites across CA, NV, AZ, and TX
Requirements:
- 5+ years in power or renewable energy construction
- Solar or BESS project experience preferred
- Strong financial management skills
- Willingness to travel 100%
- PMP certification a plus
