Area Superintendent – Data Center Campus

Meridian Industrial Services is building the next generation of hyperscale data centers in Northern Virginia. We need an experienced Area Superintendent to lead our field operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple buildings on a campus-style data center project
• Coordinate MEP, structural, and civil scopes
• Drive schedule performance across a $200M+ program
• Interface with client representatives daily

Requirements:

• 12+ years of construction experience
• Data center or mission-critical facility experience preferred
• OSHA 30-Hour certification
• Experience managing projects over $100M
• Procore and P6 proficiency
