Project Manager – Mixed-Use Development

Redline Construction Group is seeking a Project Manager for mixed-use development projects in the Austin metro area.

Responsibilities:

• Manage ground-up mixed-use projects ($30M-$80M)
• Coordinate retail, residential, and parking scopes
• Owner and stakeholder relationship management
• Buyout and subcontractor management

Requirements:

• 5+ years as a PM on commercial construction
• Mixed-use or multifamily experience preferred
• Strong financial and schedule management
• Procore proficiency required
