Job Summary

Weeks Marine is seeking a mid-level Operations Manager/Project Engineer in the Pacific Region to oversee the administrative, technical, financial, and team-management functions of construction projects.

Project Details

The role supports building construction work for private and governmental clients and may require relocation to active project locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, revenue, costs, cash flow, contracts, and subcontracts.
• Lead and develop field and cost engineers.
• Coordinate temporary engineering, permanent design management, and quality control.
• Support operations planning, client relations, and project closeout.

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, construction engineering, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of construction or engineering experience.
• At least 2 years of experience managing engineers.
• Ability to interpret engineering plans, specifications, and contract documents and identify discrepancies.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, initiative, ethics, and safety focus.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime and weekends when required.

Compensation and Benefits

Base compensation is $87,825-$131,738. Full-time employees receive medical, dental, vision, wellness, employee assistance, life and disability insurance, retirement matching, and paid time off.
