Aptitude Project Manager 2

Job Summary

JE Dunn’s Aptitude team is seeking a Project Manager 2 to lead technology integration services, coordinate project stakeholders, and deliver technology scopes that meet schedule, budget, quality, and technical objectives.

Project Details

The role supports technology, security, life safety, network integration, design-assist, installation, and smart-building scopes within modern construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technology design and construction activities with project teams, owners, consultants, contractors, vendors, and trade partners.
• Develop scopes of work, responsibility matrices, project plans, schedules, budgets, estimates, proposals, and hard-bid pricing.
• Manage project costs, projections, staffing, billing, collections, milestones, documentation, and closeout.
• Track issues and project progress, communicate with stakeholders, and complete post-project performance evaluations.
• Support business development, project pursuits, technology strategy, training, recruiting, and team development.
• Promote JE Dunn’s safety culture and commitment to an injury-free work environment.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, information technology, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• At least 8 years of experience with information technology, security, or life safety systems.
• At least 5 years of project management experience.
• Intermediate verbal and written communication skills, presentation ability, and intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Experience developing project proposals, fees, work plans, budgets, and profitability strategies.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license required.
