Ashville Sr Project Manager (Thermal)

Job Summary

Barton Malow Company is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a thermal construction project in Ashville, Ohio. The position oversees quality, compliance, project controls, budgets, schedules, personnel, subcontractors, and client coordination.

Project Details

This role supports a thermal-market industrial project and requires substantial time at the active project site, with travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Direct project execution, including quality assurance, policy compliance, scheduling, budgets, estimates, and project controls.
• Coordinate company staff, subcontractors, vendors, engineers, designers, and material procurement.
• Review submittals and technical documentation for design and project compliance.
• Support project reporting, construction-period services, turnover documentation, and operations and maintenance manuals.
• Lead, mentor, and develop project personnel while maintaining client satisfaction and contractual performance.

Required Experience

• Four-year degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• 15 or more years of relevant professional experience; thermal-market experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience leading construction staff, subcontractors, engineers, and designers.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, multitasking, teamwork, and independent decision-making skills.
• OSHA 30-hour training is preferred, along with a proactive commitment to safety.
