Assistant Project Manager Data Centers

Job Summary

Support project administration and assist the Project Manager with construction delivery on data center projects.

Project Details

Data center construction role based in Atlanta, with 100% travel required.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost ledgers, job cost statements, billings, and payment follow-up.
• Develop and negotiate change orders, subcontract changes, purchase orders, rental agreements, and bid packages.
• Maintain project records and the CMiC system, prepare procedures, and review plans.
• Guide and train Project Engineers and clerical staff.

Required Experience

• Degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture, or equivalent experience.
• Construction field experience as a Project Engineer or Assistant Superintendent, with 3–4 years of construction experience preferred.
• Understanding of plans and specifications, plus 1+ years of scheduling and estimating experience.
• Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills.
• Data center experience preferred.
