Assistant Project Manager- Millwork

Job Summary

Support project administration and assist the Project Manager with millwork construction activities.

Responsibilities

• Handle project cost tracking, billing, payment follow-up, and change order preparation and negotiation.
• Maintain project information in CMiC and prepare bid packages, purchase orders, rental agreements, and project procedures.
• Review plans, solicit and assess bids, and supervise and train Project Engineers and clerical staff.

Required Experience

• Degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture, or equivalent experience.
• Three to four years of construction experience, including field experience as a Project Engineer or Assistant Superintendent.
• At least one year of scheduling and estimating experience.
• Strong understanding of plans and specifications, communication, and organizational skills.
