Assistant Superintendent

Job Summary

Support field construction leadership in coordinating project teams and delivering work safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with owners, contractors, designers, supervisors, and subcontractors to resolve field issues.
• Maintain project schedules, review drawings and submittals, and plan materials and tools.
• Promote safe work practices, monitor quality, and coordinate the field construction team.
• Prepare project records, manage punch lists, and support testing, turnover, and closeout.

Required Experience

• Degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture, or equivalent experience such as 2–4 years as a General Foreman.
• Extensive supervisory-level field construction experience and working knowledge of construction trades.
• Trade foreman or journeyman experience, or Project Engineer experience.
• Current STS certification, or ability to obtain it within six months of hire and maintain active status.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements, scheduling, planning, expediting, and cost control.

Compensation and Benefits
