Assistant Superintendent - Healthcare (HCAi) - OC/LA/IE

Job Summary

Support field leadership and coordinate construction activities to help deliver healthcare projects successfully in the Orange County, Los Angeles, and Inland Empire areas.

Project Details

The role focuses on healthcare construction, with HCAI project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project stakeholders to resolve construction issues and maintain productive working relationships.
• Support safety enforcement, schedule management, quality control, materials planning, and field-team coordination.
• Review drawings and subcontractor submittals, lead project meetings, and prepare field reports.
• Track punch-list completion, testing, turnover, and project closeout.

Required Experience

• Degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture, or equivalent experience, including 2–4 years as a General Foreman.
• Extensive supervisory-level field construction experience and working knowledge of construction trades.
• STS certification required, or must be obtained within six months of hire and maintained.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements, scheduling, planning, expediting, and cost control.
• HCAI project experience is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
