Civil Craft Laborer Foreman - Aggreko Pad

Job Summary

Mortenson is hiring a Laborer Foreman to coordinate crews and support construction work by preparing and supplying materials for other crafts.

Responsibilities

• Direct labor crews, assign work, and interpret drawings, specifications, and work orders.
• Set work sequences, monitor schedules and labor needs, and resolve field issues.
• Communicate and enforce safety rules, maintain time records, and prepare contract cost estimates.
• Coach team members and provide direction to laborers, journeymen, apprentices, and helpers.

Required Experience

• Three or more years of related experience preferred.
• Union-specific training and a current driver's license required.
• Ability to use hand tools and construction equipment, including forklifts, skid loaders, and power buggies.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds; heavier loads require assistance or equipment.
