Job Summary

Mortenson seeks a Laborer General Foreman to direct craft crews and coordinate labor and materials to support project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate foremen and craft workers, sequence work, and monitor schedules and labor needs.
• Interpret drawings, specifications, and job orders; enforce safety requirements and maintain time records.
• Address field problems, lead and coach team members, and provide estimates or operate machinery as needed.

Required Experience

• High school diploma or GED and at least five years of related experience.
• Experience with tools, equipment, and machinery; ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
