Civil Craft Operator Foreman - Aggreko Pad

Job Summary

Mortenson is hiring an Operator Foreman to operate heavy equipment and direct equipment operators while following project safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment, including dozers, loaders, scrapers, forklifts, cranes, skid-steers, lifts, and rollers.
• Maintain safe, orderly work areas and monitor equipment condition, perform routine maintenance, and identify malfunctions.
• Organize work sequences to meet schedules, help plan labor needs, resolve field issues, and maintain crew timecards.
• Direct and coordinate operators, provide coaching and feedback, and support crew performance.

Required Experience

• At least two years of related experience and equipment certifications.
• Current driver's license with required classification and endorsements.
• Equipment operation knowledge, basic math skills, and ability to follow operating, maintenance, and safety instructions.
• Teamwork, communication, and independent work skills; ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
