Civil Craft Operator General Foreman - Aggreko Pad

Job Summary

Mortenson is hiring a General Foreman to coordinate foremen and craft workers and guide field execution in line with project schedules and applicable requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct foremen and craft teams, interpret drawings and work documents, and sequence activities to meet schedule goals.
• Review labor needs, track time, prepare contract cost estimates, operate machinery as needed, and resolve field issues.
• Communicate safety requirements, coach team members, and support performance and collaboration.

Required Experience

• High school diploma or GED and at least five years of related experience.
• Strong communication, teamwork, decision-making, and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds; assistance or equipment is used for heavier loads.
