About the role:

Crossland Heavy Contractors is hiring a Concrete Foreman in Kansas City, responsible for site activities including a safe, productive work environment, maintaining schedules, and keeping the project within the estimated budget.

What you'd own:

• Coordinating and supervising craft employees and subcontractors
• Setting work priorities and sequencing trades to prevent delays
• Variance tracking and cost projections to complete projects on time and on budget

What they're looking for:

• Verifiable prior foreman experience plus additional construction experience
• Drug screen, physical, and background check required
