Concrete Superintendent

About the role:

Crossland Heavy Contractors is hiring a Concrete Superintendent in Kansas City with responsibility for all activities on the construction site: a safe and productive work environment, the schedule, and keeping the project within the estimate's budget.

What you'd own:

• Supervision of the assistant superintendent, field engineers, craft employees, and all subcontractors
• Trade sequencing to keep work flowing without delays
• Variance tracking and cost projections to deliver on time and on budget
• Advising the owner, design team, and trades

What they're looking for:

• Verifiable prior superintendent experience plus additional construction experience
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or equivalent
