Construction Project Manager

About the role:

Crossland is hiring a Project Manager at its Kansas City office (3252 Roanoke Rd) to own daily management of commercial projects end to end: planning, scheduling, cost accounting, quality control, contract administration, and safety.

What you'd own:

• A Master Project Schedule updated monthly and communicated to subs, suppliers, owners, architects, and field staff
• A Master Variance cost baseline set before project start, with all subcontractor/supplier/labor bills coded to company guidelines
• Contracts, pay requests, change orders, RFIs, and ASIs with the owner and architect
• All subcontracts and purchase orders, plus shop drawing review for spec compliance and delivery timing
