Construction Project Manager - Electrical

Job Summary

EPI Power is seeking an Electrical Construction Project Manager to oversee administrative and field delivery for a data center project in Boydton, Virginia. The role leads project execution, stakeholder relationships, team development, safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance.

Project Details

This position supports fast-track electrical construction for a data center project and requires a Monday–Saturday schedule totaling approximately 58 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Direct subcontractors and field personnel while ensuring construction follows plans, specifications, schedules, and quality standards.
• Coordinate project safety and enforce company policies and contract requirements.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, staffing, procurement support, and two-week look-ahead planning.
• Identify opportunities to control costs, improve schedules, refine scope, and enhance quality.
• Maintain accurate project records, including submittals, daily reports, closeout materials, and other contract documentation.

Required Experience

• At least three years of construction project management experience.
• Electrical construction experience is strongly preferred; data center experience is a plus.
• Experience leading, mentoring, and developing project teams.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and construction platforms such as JDE, Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling software.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, collaboration, and business skills. English/Spanish bilingual ability is a plus.
• Ability to travel or relocate as project requirements change.
