Job Summary

Barton Malow is seeking a Construction Project Manager to deliver healthcare construction projects in the Greater Tampa region. The role spans procurement, planning, field execution, cost control, and client and project-team coordination.

Project Details

Work includes new healthcare facilities and renovations in active environments, such as community hospitals, academic medical centers, specialty clinics, and research settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead bidding, subcontract development, project scheduling, logistics planning, and mobilization.
• Oversee jobsite safety, quality, coordination, emergency readiness, and project closeout.
• Manage budgets, cost reporting, change processes, cash flow, and payment coordination.
• Coordinate project-team meetings, RFIs, submittals, agency acceptance, and communication with owners and design teams.
• Contribute to business development, proposals, and presentations.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
• At least four years of general contractor or construction management experience.
• Healthcare construction experience is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to support projects across Greater Tampa.
