Construction Project Manager - Lincoln

Job Summary

Hausmann is seeking a Construction Project Manager in Lincoln to coordinate projects from early planning through completion while maintaining strong relationships with clients, design professionals, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate construction and maintenance activities from project launch through closeout.
• Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, organization, and implementation.
• Manage cost and risk while helping ensure timely delivery of project work and services.
• Communicate effectively with clients, customers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and project team members.
• Oversee one or multiple projects in a high-volume environment.

Required Experience

• 6–9 years of construction management experience.
• Strong organization, responsiveness, attention to detail, relationship-building, and teamwork skills.
