Construction Project Manager (Mission Critical)

Job Summary

Barton Malow is hiring a Project Manager to lead a mission-critical data center project in Pennsylvania. This role owns client communication, budget management, scheduling, and team coordination from preconstruction through closeout.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate coordination meetings across the full project lifecycle from preconstruction to closeout.
• Oversee procurement, bidding strategy, work scope development, and bid evaluation.
• Initiate and manage the project schedule, mobilization, and permit management.
• Manage the general conditions budget, cash flow analysis, and ongoing cost monitoring.
• Support the Superintendent with owner and subcontractor communications, enforcing contract requirements.
• Administer financial aspects of owner contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• Coordinate company personnel, supervise jobsite staff, and monitor schedule compliance.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and internal team members.

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering.
• 7+ years of data center or mission-critical construction experience.
• Strong command of contracts, legal provisions, and trade partner performance management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, adapt to change, and resolve conflicts effectively.
