Construction Superintendent

About the role:

Excel Constructors is hiring a Construction Superintendent to oversee and direct projects from conception to completion, monitoring progress against schedule and budget.

What you'd own:

• Plan and spec review for errors or code violations; field compliance inspections and agency approvals
• Contract meetings, dispute resolution, daily reports, and safety audits
• Leading and motivating field staff

What they're looking for:

• 10+ years of construction trade experience; 5+ years of leadership experience preferred
• Large-project experience required; medical/healthcare construction experience preferred
• Bachelor's in construction management preferred
