CSA Project Manager (Mission Critical) Philadelphia, PA

Job Summary

Barton Malow is hiring an on-site CSA Project Manager to lead civil, structural, and architectural delivery for a mission critical project near Philadelphia.

Project Details

The role covers the package that enables downstream MEP work, including sitework, foundations, slabs, structure, building envelope, and roof dry-in.

Responsibilities

• Manage CSA cost, schedule, procurement, buyout, subcontractor performance, and contract administration.
• Coordinate CSA sequencing with MEP rough-in, equipment setting, and commissioning milestones.
• Resolve embeds, sleeves, penetrations, housekeeping pads, and support steel interfaces with the MEP team.
• Lead bidding, scope development, pre-bid meetings, change management, coordination meetings, mobilization, permits, and closeout.
• Monitor general conditions, cash flow, project costs, owner agreements, and trade partner compliance.
• Support the Superintendent and maintain effective relationships with the owner, designers, engineers, and trade partners.

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent field experience.
• At least 5 years managing civil, structural, and architectural work on large-scale mission critical or industrial projects.
• Understanding of CSA sequencing, MEP interfaces, contracts, legal provisions, entitlement, notices, and pricing.
• Strong client communication, organization, conflict resolution, change management, and trade partner oversight skills.
• Ability to work full time on site in an active construction environment and use required personal protective equipment.
