Drywall Assistant Project Manager

Job Summary

Support construction project delivery by handling project administration and assisting the Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cost records, prepare billings, and follow up on payments.
• Prepare, estimate, negotiate, and document change orders.
• Manage project information in CMiC and prepare bid packages, purchase orders, and rental agreements.
• Review plans, develop project procedures, and support bid solicitation and evaluation.
• Guide and train Project Engineers and clerical staff.

Required Experience

• Degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture, or equivalent experience.
• Thorough knowledge of construction plans and specifications, with field experience as a Project Engineer or Assistant Superintendent.
• Three to four years of construction experience and at least one year of scheduling and estimating experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
