Drywall Project Manager

Job Summary

Manage drywall construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating the project team and working with owners, architects, subcontractors, and field leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop project budgets, contract pricing, subcontract packages, and procurement plans.
• Track schedules, costs, quality, contract compliance, and project documentation.
• Coordinate safety planning with the Superintendent and maintain communication with project stakeholders.
• Lead and support project staff, subcontractor meetings, preconstruction, closeout, and warranty follow-up.
• Help resolve claims and conflicts and support estimating and business development.

Required Experience

• Degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture, or equivalent field experience.
• Five to eight years of field drywall construction management experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Leadership, problem-solving, organization, communication, drafting, and computer skills.
• Working knowledge of contract law, project accounting, scheduling, cost control, procurement, and estimating.

Compensation and Benefits
