Electrical Data Center Foreman - National Travel

Job Summary

Interstates is seeking an Electrical Data Center Foreman to lead field crews on industrial electrical projects across the United States. The foreman works alongside the crew, including on tools when needed, and helps deliver safe, successful project work.

Project Details

Work involves industrial electrical construction, including data center projects, at assigned sites nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate crews of 3–15 employees while supporting field work as needed.
• Coordinate project costs, schedules, productivity, resources, planning, and layout.
• Set safety expectations and actively participate in the company’s safety program.
• Communicate with client representatives and allied trades.
• Coach and mentor team members and build positive client relationships.

Required Experience

• Experience on industrial electrical projects and prior crew leadership experience.
• State-issued journeyman electrician license or equivalent master’s license.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel nationwide.
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces and in outdoor conditions, including exposure to electrical hazards and dust.

Compensation and Benefits
