Electrical Data Center Lock Out Tag Out Foreman - National Travel

Job Summary

Interstates is hiring an electrical foreman to lead crews on traveling industrial electrical projects, including data center work. The foreman will work alongside the crew in the field and oversee project execution, safety, and client communication.

Project Details

Assignments are at worksites across the United States and include industrial electrical construction. Travel is required nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a crew of 3–15 employees, working on tools when needed.
• Coordinate project cost, schedule, productivity, resources, planning, and layout.
• Promote jobsite safety and participate in the company’s behavior-based safety program.
• Communicate with client representatives and allied trades, and coach crew members.
• Support project budgets and build client relationships.

Required Experience

• Experience on industrial electrical projects and prior crew leadership experience.
• State-issued journeyman electrician license or equivalent master electrician license.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Comfort working at heights, in confined spaces, and in varied outdoor conditions.

Compensation and Benefits

Per diem and mileage stipends, or travel pay and FAVR program benefits, may apply under company policy.
