Electrical Data Center Superintendent - National Travel

Job Summary

Interstates is hiring an Electrical Data Center Superintendent to lead field crews on traveling industrial electrical projects. The superintendent works alongside the crew, including performing hands-on work as needed, and is responsible for safe, effective project delivery.

Project Details

The role supports data center and industrial electrical construction projects at assigned worksites across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate field teams of 3–15 people, and coach and mentor crew members.
• Coordinate project cost, schedule, productivity, resources, planning, and layout.
• Set and uphold safety expectations through active participation in the company safety program.
• Communicate with client representatives and allied trades, manage project needs, and maintain client relationships.
• Work in the field and on tools when needed.

Required Experience

• Experience on industrial electrical projects and prior crew leadership experience.
• State-issued journeyman electrician license or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces and in outdoor conditions, including areas with electrical hazards and dust.

Compensation and Benefits
