Electrical Foreman - Morris, MN

Job Summary

Interstates is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead industrial electrical crews near Morris, Minnesota. The foreman will remain active in field work while guiding crews, coordinating project execution, and supporting safe, productive jobsite operations.

Work involves industrial electrical, controls, automation, and operational technology projects. The position serves jobs in and around Morris within a 200-mile radius and may require permanent relocation to the area.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate crews of approximately 3 to 15 employees.
• Work on the tools when project needs require field support.
• Coordinate cost, schedule, productivity, resources, planning, and layout.
• Maintain active safety leadership and participate in the company’s behavior-based safety program.
• Communicate with client representatives and other trades.
• Coach and develop team members while building a strong jobsite culture.
• Maintain client relationships, manage project needs, and support budget performance.

Required Experience

• Experience working on industrial electrical projects.
• Prior experience leading an electrical crew.
• State-issued journeyman electrician license or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and around electrical, weather, dust, and noise hazards.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay is $41.00-$50.00 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits include a company vehicle or vehicle allowance, per diem or travel pay where applicable, mileage stipends, health coverage, retirement matching, paid time off, bonus incentives, licensing assistance, tools, and premium pay for Sunday and occasional holiday work.
