Electrical Foreman - National Travel

Job Summary

Interstates is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead industrial electrical crews in the field, support project delivery, and promote safe, quality work.

Project Details

Assignments involve industrial electrical work at project sites across the United States. The foreman must be willing to travel nationwide and work in varied outdoor and construction conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate crews of 3–15 people, working hands-on when needed.
• Coordinate field execution, resources, project costs, schedules, and productivity.
• Maintain safety standards and actively participate in the company’s safety program.
• Communicate with client representatives and allied trades.
• Plan and lay out work, and coach and mentor crew members.

Required Experience

• Experience working on industrial electrical projects and leading a crew.
• State-issued journeyman electrician license or equivalent master electrician license.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel nationwide.
• Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in varied weather and construction conditions.
