Job Summary
Garney Construction is hiring a Field Engineer to support water and wastewater infrastructure projects, serving as the connector between office engineering teams and field crews to drive efficiency and project success.
Responsibilities
- Perform surveying and job site layout.
- Process and review shop drawings.
- Maintain and update as-built documents.
- Audit completed construction work for compliance with engineering specifications.
- Complete daily and periodic field reports.
- Coordinate subcontractor activities on site.
- Verify correct materials are received and stored properly.
Required Experience
- Degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel and work the hours required by the project schedule.
