Field Superintendent

About the role:

McCownGordon is hiring a Field Superintendent in Kansas City to oversee field operations on smaller-scale projects or support larger ones — owning schedule, budget, materials, and quality control.

What you'd own:

• Leading field craft associates and coordinating trade partners, vendors, and site staff
• The site-specific safety plan, weekly safety walk-throughs, safety orientations, and high-risk activity planning
• SWPPP compliance, utility locates, punch list, and closeout

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's in Construction Management/Engineering or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in construction with proven scheduling ability and a safety management track record
• Valid driver's license
