Job Summary

Barton Malow is seeking a General Superintendent to lead healthcare construction work throughout the greater Orlando market. The role provides field leadership for safe, timely, cost-controlled, and high-quality project delivery.

Project Details

The position supports complex healthcare construction projects in and around Orlando, coordinating subcontractors, trade partners, suppliers, and internal project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Direct construction activities from project planning through closeout.
• Coordinate contractor and trade sequencing to reduce work interference.
• Enforce safety, quality, and project control procedures.
• Track labor costs, materials, inventory, and purchasing needs.
• Resolve trade disputes and jurisdictional issues.
• Maintain communication with project teams, subcontractors, and other partners.
• Complete inspections, reports, and other field administration.

Required Experience

• At least 10 years of superintendent leadership experience.
• At least 10 years of healthcare construction experience.
