General Superintendent/Construction Manager - ARB, Inc.

Job Summary

ARB, Inc. is hiring an experienced construction leader to oversee industrial construction operations, guiding projects from planning through completion while balancing safety, quality, schedule, and budget.

Project Details

Lead self-performed industrial construction work across energy infrastructure markets, including power generation, manufacturing, refining, and related facilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct project planning, field execution, construction teams, site supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Manage budgets, production, cost performance, and corrective actions.
• Improve construction processes and project delivery while maintaining safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders and support relationships with vendors and industry partners.
• Mentor teams and foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Required Experience

• At least 15 years of industrial construction experience, including 7 or more years as a Superintendent.
• Experience overseeing large industrial projects such as power plants, manufacturing facilities, or refineries.
• Knowledge of construction practices, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore and MS Project, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, budgeting, and cost-control skills.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range of $140,000-$180,000, negotiable based on skills and experience. Benefits include paid holidays and PTO, medical, dental and vision coverage, FSA/HSA, short- and long-term disability, and a 401(k) with matching contributions.
