General Superintendent - Special Projects

Job Summary

Lead multiple special projects and guide superintendent teams through successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Direct field staff and superintendent teams, supporting workforce development and coordinating subcontractor activities.
• Maintain project schedules, uphold safety and quality standards, and manage field resources and material needs.
• Track project status, productivity, budgets, and schedules; provide updates to company leadership.
• Coordinate meetings, reports, insurance documentation, and timely punch-list completion.

Required Experience

• Degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture, or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years of senior superintendent experience in special projects, including oversight of multiple projects and other superintendents.
• Current Safety Trained Supervisor (STS) certification, or ability to earn it within six months and maintain active certification.
• Working knowledge of construction trades, OSHA requirements, scheduling, planning, and cost control; prior foreman, journeyman, or project engineer experience in at least one trade.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual salary of $160,000–$210,000. Benefits include medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, employee stock ownership, paid leave, disability coverage, and additional wellness and voluntary benefits.
