Job Summary

Primoris Energy Services is seeking an HSE Manager in Haskell, Texas, to lead health, safety, and environmental programs for its industrial operations.

Project Details

Primoris delivers industrial construction and EPC services across refining, gas processing, chemicals, hydrogen, power generation, mining, and pulp and paper.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee HSE programs, policies, and procedures while monitoring regulatory compliance.
• Inspect sites, assess hazards, investigate incidents, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Deliver safety training, manage HSE records, and serve as a contact for regulatory agencies.
• Track safety performance, advise project teams, oversee PPE, and coordinate emergency plans and drills.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, environmental science, engineering, or a related field.
• Seven to ten years of progressive HSE management experience, preferably in energy, oil and gas, or heavy industrial construction.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required; CSP, CIH, or an equivalent professional certification preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other applicable regulations; Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
