HSE Supervisor

Job Summary

PCL Construction Services is seeking an HSE Supervisor in Denver to support construction project safety, environmental compliance, training, inspections, and contractor performance.

Responsibilities

• Implement project HSE plans, regulatory requirements, communication programs, and safe work practices.
• Develop and deliver project-specific safety training and advise teams on hazard controls.
• Lead HSE inspections and review trade contractor safety plans and performance.
• Maintain emergency response, site security, and environmental planning processes.
• Support incident investigations, corrective actions, stakeholder relationships, and employee development.
• Coach and mentor HSE Coordinators and other project personnel.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in occupational health and safety or a related discipline.
• Safety designation and at least five years of health and safety experience in a related industry.
• Knowledge of construction processes, occupational health and safety requirements, environmental legislation, and HSE systems.
• Strong communication, presentation, conflict resolution, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to adopt new technology.

Compensation and Benefits
