HSE Supervisor

Job Summary

PCL Construction Services, Inc. is seeking an HSE Supervisor to partner with project teams and trade contractors in Bellevue and support safe, compliant construction operations.

Responsibilities

• Implement project health, safety, and environmental plans, regulatory requirements, and safe work practices.
• Develop and deliver project-specific HSE training and communication programs.
• Identify hazards, lead site inspections, and assess trade contractor safety plans and performance.
• Maintain emergency response, security, and environmental plans.
• Support incident investigations, corrective actions, and stakeholder communication.
• Coach and mentor HSE Coordinators and other project personnel.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in occupational health and safety or a related discipline.
• Recognized safety designation and at least five years of health and safety experience in a related industry.
• Knowledge of occupational health, safety, environmental legislation, HSE processes, construction methods, and terminology.
• Strong conflict resolution, communication, presentation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to adopt new technology.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range is $95,000-$114,500 based on experience and qualifications.
