Job Summary
PCL Industrial Services, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Project Manager in Denver, Colorado, to lead project strategy, execution, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder coordination across industrial construction work.
Responsibilities
- Direct, coach, and mentor project teams working on one or multiple sites.
- Coordinate scope, budgets, schedules, workforce, materials, equipment, safety, quality, and project reporting.
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and monitor performance against approved plans.
- Manage change orders, including negotiations and evaluation of cost and schedule effects.
- Lead meetings with clients, consultants, trades, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Review construction equipment costs and support estimates, proposals, and pursuit presentations.
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or another relevant discipline, or a construction trades background with applicable experience.
- Strong knowledge of industrial construction methods, specifications, materials, sequencing, contracts, and project life cycles.
- Experience identifying and managing construction risks, solving field problems, and coordinating staffing and schedules.
- Ability to work with engineering and client representatives on technical and commercial matters.
- Intermediate knowledge of project management, estimating, scheduling, cost control, quality, and related software.
- Strong communication, organization, planning, presentation, and stakeholder relationship skills.
