Integrated Construction Manager

Job Summary

Mortenson is hiring an Integrated Construction Manager for its Data Center Group to lead virtual design and construction processes and integrated project delivery.

Project Details

The role supports data center construction and project teams using BIM, VDC, and reality-capture technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integrated construction team and manage VDC workflows, 3D/4D models, construction coordination, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with project leadership, designers, and preconstruction teams; communicate model outputs and reality-capture progress.
• Improve team practices and the VDC playbook, support technology development and training, and update BIM models as needed.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
• At least eight years of progressive construction management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience leading teams, a current driver’s license, and strong 2D, 3D, and 4D software skills.
• Proficiency with Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, 3ds Max, Navisworks, and tools such as Revizto, Synchro, Enscape, ArcGIS, or DroneDeploy.
• Professional licensure and rendering or animation experience are preferred. A Part 107 license is a plus, with acquisition expected early to support reality-capture work.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary is $107,200–$160,800, with location-based increases for specified offices. The position is eligible for an incentive plan. Benefits include medical, prescription, vision, dental, 401(k) matching, paid leave, insurance, tuition reimbursement, adoption assistance, and wellness resources.
