Labor General Foreman

Job Summary

Lead carpentry field operations and oversee foremen across multiple job sites in the Charlotte area, coordinating crews and maintaining company standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct field production and support foremen with planning, staffing, and material needs.
• Set project goals, track labor productivity and requirements, and maintain labor records.
• Manage materials, tools, and safety resources, and coordinate subcontractors with the Superintendent.
• Coach foremen, address potential field issues, and communicate with project teams, clients, and crews.
• Conduct safety audits and help ensure work follows applicable policies and procedures.

Required Experience

• At least 3–5 years as a Carpenter General Foreman or in a comparable position.
• Current Journeyman Carpenter license or certificate where required by local regulations.
• Basic proficiency with Excel, Word, Bluebeam, BIM 360 Field, and related field tools.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of construction work, including lifting or pulling up to 75 pounds and working at heights and in varied weather.
• Follow OSHA and company safety practices.
