Project Engineer

Job Summary

Holder Construction is hiring an in-person Project Engineer for its operations team in Richmond, Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trades and construction materials from design through installation, working closely with field supervision.
• Help resolve cost and design matters, including change orders, RFIs, and document updates.
• Review construction drawings and specifications, prepare estimates and quantity surveys, and support trade coordination with some BIM exposure.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in construction or engineering, or at least three years of equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication, time management, and computer skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
• Willingness to relocate as needed is preferred.
