Project Engineer Pipe

Job Summary

Garney is seeking a Project Engineer in Sherman, Texas, to support the project management team and help keep pipe construction work organized, documented, and on schedule. This entry-level opportunity is suited to a civil engineering or construction management graduate pursuing project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare submittals and requests for information.
• Coordinate project activities from setup through closeout.
• Support material purchasing, estimating, scheduling, and field operations.
• Maintain project documents, job costs, and detailed records.
• Communicate professionally with owners, architects, engineers, crews, and other project stakeholders.

Required Experience

• Degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Ability to travel and work the hours needed to support project success.
• Strong organization, planning, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary starts at $80,000.
