Job Summary

Garney Construction is hiring an entry-level Project Engineer to support water and wastewater construction projects. This role serves as a key member of the project management team, keeping jobs on track through strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare submittals and RFIs.
• Coordinate projects from start to finish.
• Assist with estimating, scheduling, and crew coordination.
• Support project setup and closeout.
• Maintain detailed job cost records.
• Serve as a point of contact with owners, architects, and engineers.
• Support field operations as needed.

Required Experience

• Degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Willingness to travel and work the hours required by the project schedule.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
