Project Manager 1

About the role:

JE Dunn is hiring a Project Manager in Kansas City to direct project operations in coordination with the Project Superintendent, from preconstruction through closeout.

What you'd own:

• Buyout schedules, subcontractor selection, contract issuance, change orders, and pay applications
• Preconstruction activities including takeoffs and scope development
• Project schedules maintained with Lean principles, plus monthly cost forecasts
• Submittal schedules, shop drawing reviews, and project closeout

What they're looking for:

• 5+ years of construction management experience
• Bachelor's in construction management or engineering, or equivalent experience
