JE Dunn Construction's Advanced Facilities Group is hiring a Project Manager 1 to lead mission critical construction projects — including data centers, semiconductor fabs, and industrial manufacturing facilities — as part of a high-performing national team.

The Advanced Facilities Group focuses on large-scale, cutting-edge industrial and mission critical projects including data centers, semiconductor facilities, and advanced manufacturing sites across the country.
Responsibilities
- Provide overall direction and leadership for an entire project or a defined portion of a larger, complex project in partnership with the Project Superintendent.
- Lead all aspects of the project safety culture and enforce an injury-free environment.
- Support preconstruction activities including quantity takeoffs, bid package development, scope review, and schedule creation.
- Manage the buyout schedule, subcontractor pricing verification, gap analysis, and subcontract issuance.
- Oversee the submittal schedule, shop drawing review, and coordination with the design team.
- Coordinate all project stakeholders including owner, subcontractors, vendors, and the design team.
- Manage change requests from pricing through owner/architect approval.
- Lead monthly project reviews, progress meetings, and OAC meetings.
- Complete monthly subcontractor and owner pay application processes.
- Maintain and update project schedule using Lean principles; manage materials, labor, and procurement logs.
- Prepare monthly cost and margin forecasts; monitor budget and highlight discrepancies.
- Lead overall project closeout including punch list, financials, subcontracts, and warranties.
Required Experience
- 5+ years of construction management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (equivalent experience considered).
- Proficiency in project management and accounting software, construction technology, and scheduling software.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office; ability to apply Lean process and philosophy.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Valid and unrestricted driver's license required.
- Willingness to work non-traditional hours and travel or relocate as needed.
